- Lead all accounting activities across multiple branches and business units
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare detailed Management Accounts and Financial Statements
- Produce branch level Profit & Loss Statements
- Maintain General Ledger accuracy and integrity
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month end closing procedures
- Review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, provisions, and depreciation schedules
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and UAE accounting regulations
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance
- Prepare executive level financial presentations
- Deliver profitability analysis by branch, product category, SKU, sales channel, and delivery platform
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualification mandatory: ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Minimum 3 years in a senior finance leadership position
- Proven experience within multi branch restaurants, cafés, hospitality, retail chains, or QSR

Chief Accountant

- The Chief Accountant / Financial Controller will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, branch profitability analysis, inventory control, cost management, taxation, cash flow planning, financial reporting, internal
- This role requires strong experience within multi branch restaurant, café, hospitality, retail, or food & beverage operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Reporting & Accounting: Lead all accounting activities across multiple branches and business units.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare detailed Management Accounts and Financial Statements.
- Produce branch level Profit & Loss Statements.
- Maintain General Ledger accuracy and integrity.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month end closing procedures.
- Review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, provisions, and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and UAE accounting regulations.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance.

- Deliver profitability analysis by branch, product category, individual SKU, sales channel, and delivery platform.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualification mandatory: ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA.
- MBA is considered a strong advantage.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior finance leadership position.
- Proven experience within multi branch Restaurants, Cafés, Hospitality, Retail Chains, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
- Experience with brands such as Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Tim Hortons, KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Americana, Alshaya, or similar regional or international F&B groups will be highly preferred.
- Mandatory: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Financial Modeling, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Management Reporting, VAT & Corporate Tax, Zoho Books.
- Preferred: Power BI, Zoho Analytics, ERP Systems, SQL Knowledge, POS Integration Experience, Data Analytics.
SUCCESS METRICS
- Deliver monthly financial closing within 3 working days.
- Produce accurate branch profitability reports.
- Reduce inventory variances.
- Improve reporting accuracy and visibility.
- Strengthen financial controls across all locations.
- Support profitable expansion and scalable growth.
