Job Summary

  • Como Lounge is seeking a highly organized, professional, and dedicated Human Resources Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace environment, supporting operational goals, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate talent acquisition, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Oversee a smooth onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Maintain precise documentation of all recruitment and onboarding steps.
  • Implement daily attendance tracking to monitor staff presence, punctuality, and absences.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately, managing leave tracking, overtime, and policy deductions in coordination with the Accountant and Head of Operations.
  • Finalize WPS and Cash salary distribution files at the end of every month.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, resolving concerns fairly and timely.
  • Foster open communication across departments to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and assist managers in setting clear goals.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies in strict line with local labor laws.
  • Track visa processing timelines closely in coordination with the PRO.

Routine Task Schedule

  • Daily Focus: Monitor attendance, handle urgent recruitment, process employee document requests, respond to inquiries swiftly, track visa pipelines with the PRO, and update confidential files.
  • Weekly Focus: Collaborate with department heads and the Head of Operations to finalize weekly schedules, analyze attendance patterns, and conduct team check ins.
  • Monthly Focus: Finalize and sign attendance overviews, compile monthly deduction reports, process end to end payroll (WPS/Cash), and archive all monthly HR records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or related role, with experience in F&B/Hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions

  • The position is based at Main Branch Al Ain with occasional travel to other locations if needed.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

Pay
