Public Relation Officer (PRO)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and well-connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and ensure seamless coordination with UAE authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end visa processing (employment, investor, and family visas)
- Manage company licensing procedures including applications, renewals, and amendments (DED, free zones, etc.)
- Coordinate with government entities such as Immigration, MOHRE, and municipalities
- Handle Emirates ID applications, medical tests, labor contracts, and immigration approvals
- Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation
- Ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulatory requirements
- Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and internal teams regarding processes, updates, and queries
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a PRO within the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE government procedures (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
