About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Public Relations & Communications Manager to develop and execute strategic communications initiatives that elevate our brand presence and reputation across international markets.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, exceptional bilingual communication skills, and extensive experience in managing corporate communications on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global PR and communications strategies aligned with business objectives; ensure brand messaging consistency across all international markets while enhancing brand awareness and reputation
Plan, organize, and execute large-scale corporate PR events at headquarters with end-to-end project ownership; evaluate campaign effectiveness through data-driven analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights for senior leadership
Produce high-quality English-language content including press releases, executive speeches, official statements, and social media copy
Leverage established overseas media relationships to build and maintain strategic partnerships with international media outlets, KOLs, and industry organizations; lead the planning and execution of international media interviews, press conferences, and PR events
Utilize monitoring tools such as Meltwater to track global public sentiment, analyze overseas market trends, and calibrate PR strategies proactively to address potential risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities
Coordinate cross-regional and cross-cultural collaboration; support international business travel as required to ensure seamless execution of regional PR initiatives in close alignment with local market teams and product departments
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in international public relations or brand communications, with demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute global PR strategies (case studies required)
Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale corporate PR events at headquarters (case studies required)
Fluent English communication skills with excellent bilingual writing capabilities; ability to produce English press releases, CEO speeches, and crisis communications (writing samples required)
In-depth understanding of international social media platforms and their communication dynamics; extensive network of overseas media contacts
Strong crisis communications acumen with the ability to respond swiftly to emerging public sentiment issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, media monitoring tools, and social media management platforms
Deep understanding of global cultural nuances with the ability to thrive in a Chinese corporate environment
Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited domestic or international institution; majors in Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields preferred
Willingness to travel internationally and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment
