Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **PRO cum HR Assistant** to support our HR operations.
The role requires 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience in PRO & HR functions.
The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate HR documentation, smooth employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and efficient handling of government-related processes and major role on fleet management.
Due to the nature of job Arabic speakers required
Public Relations Officer
- Handle all governmental and semi-governmental processes, including MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation), Immigration, DED (Dubai Economic Department), Dubai Municipality, and other relevant authorities.
- Manage new visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing for employees.
- Process and renew trade licenses, establishment cards, and labor quotas.
- Submit and collect official documentation to/from government offices, banks, and other institutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
- Keep the company updated on changes in UAE labor and immigration laws and ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials to facilitate smooth processing of company-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, immigration procedures, and business setup processes.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Arabic is a plus.
