Role Description
The Property Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The individual will manage a portfolio of properties, conduct client consultations, and assist buyers and sellers in property transactions.
Responsibilities
include maintaining client relationships, identifying customer preferences, conducting market research, and providing tailored property solutions.
The role also involves promoting properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to provide tailored property solutions
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively negotiate, present, and interact with clients
- Ability to understand the real estate market and trends to provide strategic advice
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous real estate experience in Dubai or surrounding areas is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- This is a fully commission based role with no basic salary.
