We are looking for a driven and experienced
Sales Manager
to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi.
Role Overview
A dynamic leader who can manage a high-performing sales team, drive property sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth in a competitive market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in a
- Sales Manager or Senior Sales role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills in
Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- UAE driving license preferred
