Role Description
The Property Sales Agent - Arabic Speaker will be responsible for assisting clients with the buying and selling of properties while maintaining exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales deals, preparing contracts, and offering investment advice to clients.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, requiring collaboration with a dynamic team and a results-driven focus to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven expertise in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Knowledge of Insurance and relevant financing processes
- Experience in Training and mentoring others
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Abu Dhabi and Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage
