Property Manager (Property & Facilities Management)
About This Role
We are hiring a hands-on Property Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in property maintenance, vendor coordination, and managing vacant units.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems quickly, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinate all maintenance requests (preventive and corrective)
- Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Respond to tenant complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Conduct regular property inspections and report issues
- Support leasing and sale of vacant units
- Maintain records of maintenance, contracts, and expenses
- Ensure cost control and service quality across properties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or facilities management in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and vendor coordination
- Experience handling vacant units (leasing or sales support preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties
- UAE driving license and own car (mandatory)
- Must be available to join immediately
