Senior Property Manager (Commercial)

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring strong financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on commercial property management experience, strong budgeting and financial control, and the ability to lead FM teams while maintaining high service standards.

This role is critical to ensuring portfolio performance, maintaining tenant relationships, and upholding company standards across all assets.

Key Responsibilities* Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio

• Oversee and monitor FM teams and service providers
• Prepare, manage, and track budgets, service charges, and financial reports
• Ensure achievement of KPIs and SLA standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial tenants
• Handle tenant queries, renewals, and lease coordination
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure asset upkeep
• Drive cost control and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Support asset value enhancement and occupancy optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial property management (ESSENTIAL)
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and service charge management
• Experience managing FM teams and contractors
• Excellent tenant management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize effectively
• Strong understanding of KPI-driven environments
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related preferred)
