Property Manager
About This Role
AX CAPITAL are seeking a commercially driven and service-focused Property Manager to grow their residential portfolio in Dubai. This role combines business development, client relationship management, portfolio performance optimization, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for operational management, but also for expanding the landlord base, improving retention, and driving portfolio profitability.
Candidate Profile
Required:
- Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages are preferred.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or client portfolio management is highly desirable
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue and growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Preferred:
- Experience in the Dubai real estate property management market
- Existing landlord or broker network
- Familiarity with property management systems and CRM tools
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this role will be discussed with the successful candidate.
The overall package includes a fixed salary plus KPI-based performance bonus, aligned with portfolio growth, retention, service quality, and revenue targets.
What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will operate as a portfolio owner, who actively grows their book of business, keeps landlords loyal, tenants satisfied, and assets performing at peak level.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
