Property Manager

A **Property Manager** is responsible for overseeing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties-making sure they run smoothly, stay profitable, and tenants are satisfied.

1. **Property operations**

Manage day-to-day operations of buildings (apartments, offices, retail)

Ensure facilities (electricity, AC, water, elevators) are working properly

Coordinate with maintenance and service teams

2. **Tenant management**

Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests

Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations

Ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention

3. **Financial management**

Prepare and manage budgets

Monitor rental income and expenses

Ensure rent collection and reduce payment delays

Report financial performance to senior management

4. **Maintenance & contractors**

Plan preventive maintenance

Supervise contractors (cleaning, security, repairs)

Ensure work is completed on time and within budget

5. **Legal & compliance**

Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Enforce lease terms and property policies

Handle disputes when needed

6. **Reporting & administration**

Prepare reports (occupancy, income, maintenance)

Maintain records of tenants, contracts, and services

Use property management software systems
