Job Description
Universal Chiller Solutions is seeking an experienced **Estate Manager / Property Manager** to oversee our property operations in Doha.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of our properties to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports, managing property expenses effectively.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years in property management or real estate management.
- Strong understanding of property management principles and local regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly wage: **55** **-*** 110QAR* (commensurate with experience).
