Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8 hours per day
• 5–6 days per week
• On-call availability for urgent tenant or property issues

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties
• Handle tenant relations, inquiries, and lease agreements
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and service requests
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams
• Ensure timely rent collection and monitor payment status
• Conduct property inspections and ensure quality standards
• Prepare financial and operational reports for management
• Maintain occupancy levels and support tenant retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Resolve tenant issues and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in property management or real estate operations
• Strong understanding of tenancy laws and property regulations
• Ability to manage tenants, vendors, and maintenance teams effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
