Job Description
MaxZain Trading Qatar is seeking an experienced **Estate Manager / Property Manager** to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our property portfolio, ensuring optimal operations and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management, real estate, or facilities management.
- **Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and management best practices.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to address property issues promptly.
- Manage lease agreements, tenant relations, and occupancy levels.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets related to property management.
