Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Property Consultant (Russian Speaker)** to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting Russian-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Russian-speaking clients with property inquiries and consultations
- Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the entire transaction process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closing of transactions
- Stay updated with market trends and property listings in Dubai
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory)
- Previous experience in real estate required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
