About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our real estate sales team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of at least 10 real estate agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training and coaching.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and company policies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Drive revenue growth and support the team's professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in Dubai real estate sales.
- Previous experience managing a team of **real estate agents**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
