About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Portfolio Manager** to oversee and grow our real estate portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and portfolio management, with proven experience leading and motivating a team of up to 10 agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize portfolio performance and revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of up to 10 real estate agents.
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales and leasing targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.
- Conduct market research and provide recommendations on pricing, leasing, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations.
- Prepare regular performance reports and portfolio reviews for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or portfolio management.
- Proven experience managing and leading a team of up to 10 agents.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
