Awasa Real Estate is expanding and seeking ambitious Property Consultants to join our growing team.
Whether your focus is Rentals, Secondary Market, or Off-Plan Sales, we provide the resources, training, and management support needed to help you maximize your earnings and grow your business.

Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales and leasing opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into successful transactions
- Stay updated on market trends and property availability
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales experience is preferred
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory
