Key Responsibilities
- Advise local and international investors on premium real estate investment opportunities
- Represent prestigious developments from leading developers, including:
- Emaar Properties
- DAMAC Properties
- Nakheel
- Meraas
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and client consultation to negotiation and deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and property buyers
- Stay informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and industry developments
- Develop and expand your professional network while leveraging company-provided resources and opportunities
Candidate Requirements
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Previous experience in sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role is preferred
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✔ Strong passion for real estate, sales, and investment advisory
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-only position with no fixed salary.
The role is best suited for highly motivated individuals who are confident in their ability to generate sales, build client relationships, and maximize their earning potential.
