Videographer – H&S Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage of residential, commercial, and luxury real estate properties.
• Plan, shoot, and produce engaging property tours, promotional videos, social media content, and brand campaigns.
• Conduct professional on-camera interviews with agents, clients, and stakeholders.
• Edit and enhance video content to create visually impactful and engaging productions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content strategies.
• Ensure all video projects are delivered on time and meet the company's quality standards.
• Manage video equipment, lighting, and audio setups to achieve professional results.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative videography techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, color grading, and audio production.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a strong creative vision.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio showcasing videography and editing work, preferably including real estate projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with drone videography and possession of relevant certifications is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing and property presentation techniques.
• Knowledge of social media video trends and content optimization.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
