Responsibilities
- Understand clients' property needs, preferences, and financial goals; evaluate properties and recommend options based on local market conditions.
- Prepare listings and help buyers find properties, arrange showings, and navigate purchases.
- Market sellers' properties, arrange viewings, and negotiate offers to maximize sale prices.
- Monitor market trends, values, developments, property laws, and competition to provide current advice.
- Manage transactions from contract signing through closing; generate leads through networking, referrals, campaigns, and online platforms.
- Maintain client relationships, answer inquiries, and build a network of mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.
- Work with the sales team on strategies and targets; use CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer concerns, maintain accurate activity and transaction records, and follow HSE regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Real estate experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, market dynamics, and property valuation is a plus.
- CRM systems and sales-tool experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
