The Real Estate Consultant facilitates property purchases and sales by generating leads, building client relationships, and managing transactions.
The role advises clients on market trends, negotiates deals, and supports transactions from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients about real estate needs, preferences, and financial goals; evaluate values using local market conditions.
- Prepare property listings, help buyers find properties, arrange showings, and guide purchases.
- Market seller properties, arrange viewings, and negotiate offers.
- Monitor market trends, property values, and developments to provide current advice.
- Manage transactions from contract signing through closing.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, campaigns, and online platforms; maintain client communications and relationships.
- Stay current on market trends, property laws, and competition; network with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other providers.
- Work with sales colleagues and management on strategies and targets; use CRM tools to track leads and sales activity.
- Resolve client concerns, maintain accurate records, and follow HSE regulations.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Real estate experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, market dynamics, and property valuation is a plus.
- CRM systems and sales tools experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
