The Real Estate Consultant facilitates property purchases and sales, generates leads, builds client relationships, and manages transactions to drive revenue.

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients about their property needs, preferences, and financial goals; evaluate property values and recommend options using local market conditions.
- Prepare listings; help buyers find properties, arrange showings, and complete purchases; market seller properties, arrange viewings, and negotiate offers.
- Monitor market trends, property values, developments, laws, and competitive activity to keep client advice current.
- Manage transactions from contract signing to closing; generate leads through networking, referrals, campaigns, and online platforms.
- Maintain client communication and long-term relationships; build a network of mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals.
- Collaborate on sales strategies and targets; track leads and follow-ups in CRM and sales tools; keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of properties, features, pricing, and legal requirements; resolve client concerns promptly.
- Follow HSE regulations and undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Real estate experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, market dynamics, and property valuation is a plus.
- CRM systems and sales tools experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
