Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor Off-Plan (Experienced & Freshers) based in Abu Dhabi.

The Property Advisor will promote and sell off-plan properties, conduct property presentations, and guide clients through the buying process from initial inquiry to closing.

Responsibilities include responding to leads, conducting market research on new developments, arranging and attending client meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM or tracking tools.

The role involves advising clients on investment options, payment plans, and project features, as well as coordinating with internal teams and developers to ensure a smooth transaction experience.

The Property Advisor will also support after-sales service and maintain ongoing relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present property information clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Understanding of Property Management concepts and real estate processes, especially related to off-plan projects.
  • Knowledge of Investments and Finance principles relevant to real estate, such as ROI, payment plans, and mortgage basics.
  • Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage; freshers with strong motivation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and comfort working with property listings platforms.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus, especially in a multicultural client environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for client meetings, events, and property visits as needed.
