Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for an Off-plan Specialist.
The primary responsibilities involve identifying potential clients, presenting and promoting off-plan properties, and closing sales deals.
The role also includes building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and staying updated with market trends.
Successful candidates will receive pocket money along with a performance-based commission.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and ensure a positive customer experience
- Proven Sales abilities and expertise in negotiating and closing deals
- Competence in Training and mentoring team members, where applicable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing property data and generating reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment
- Previous experience in real estate or a similar field is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
