Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Property Advisor based in Abu Dhabi.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify their property needs, provide personalized advisory services, and guide them through the property acquisition or management process.
Key responsibilities
include communicating with clients, analyzing market trends, developing investment plans, and delivering high-quality customer service.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Property Management and Investments, including knowledge of the local real estate market
- Understanding of Finance to provide informed advice on property investments and market dynamics
- Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate sector is preferred
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other real estate software will be an advantage
