Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Client Advisor specializing in real estate.
The Client Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
Core responsibilities
include providing expert property advice, handling client inquiries, coordinating property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
The Client Advisor will also play a key role in addressing client concerns and negotiating on their behalf to secure favorable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and deliver personalized solutions
- Exceptional Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members
- Customer Service expertise to address inquiries and resolve client concerns
- Knowledge of Insurance practices related to real estate
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
