Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Off-Plan & Secondary Market Specialist \| Property Consultant.
The selected individual will be responsible for advising clients on real estate options, conducting property viewings, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, and managing the end-to-end sales process.
They will also foster trusted relationships with clients, present property portfolios, negotiate deals, and address customer queries while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in off-plan and secondary markets
- Proven ability in property consultations, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, target achievement, and maintaining sales records
- Proactive attitude with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is an asset
