Property Administrator
- Manage tenancy records, lease agreements, renewals and tenant correspondence.
- Coordinate inspections, maintenance requests and contractor scheduling.
- Process rent invoices, receipts and basic reconciliations with finance.
- Maintain property files, databases and occupancy reports.
- Support tenant move‑ins/move‑outs and prepare handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and property policies.
- Provide excellent tenant service and handle routine enquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or diploma in property/administration; 1–2 years’ relevant experience preferred.
- Basic accounting familiarity and comfort with property management software.
- Strong organisation, communication and customer‑service skills.
- Valid work authorisation for Qatar.
- Pay: QAR10.50 - QAR15.50 per hour
