About This Role

Job Description

Sistemas y Fluidos Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator / Property Administrator to manage our leasing operations and property-related tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes regarding leases and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lease agreements and related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with tenants and property management to address queries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain records of lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in preparation of property management reports and budgets.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure that properties are well-maintained and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in lease administration or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of lease agreements and relevant property laws.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary and Benefits

  • Hourly wage: 60 -* 110QAR* (commensurate with experience).
