Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator / Property Administrator to manage lease lifecycles, maintain accurate tenancy records, support financial administration, and coordinate landlord–tenant communications to ensure smooth property operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease administration tasks: prepare, review, and maintain lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and termination documentation.
- Maintain an accurate lease database and calendar critical dates (rent reviews, renewals, option expiries, notices).
- Process tenant billing, rent collection support, reconcile accounts, and assist with invoice approval and lease-related cost allocations.
- Prepare and review lease abstracts, payment schedules, and reconciliation reports; support budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with property managers, legal, finance, and external agents on lease negotiations, disputes, and compliance matters.
- Administer tenant onboarding/offboarding, security deposit records, and handover documentation.
- Support property inspections, service-charge reconciliations, and recovery calculations.
- Respond to tenant queries, escalate issues, and manage documentation for lease-related approvals and consents.
- Maintain filing systems, ensure lease documentation accuracy, and support audits and due-diligence processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc property administration tasks and reporting as required.
& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in lease administration, property administration, or commercial real estate operations.
- Strong knowledge of lease terms, rent mechanics, service-charge accounting, and basic property finance.
- Proficient with lease management systems, MS Excel, and document control; experience with Yardi/SAP/Oracle is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local tenancy regulations and commercial leasing practices is desirable.
