Project Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements; develop and update plans with technical teams.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, report variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Track purchase requisitions, coordinate vendors, and monitor deliveries.
• Identify delivery risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor milestones, and optimize resource use.
• Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders; participate in customer meetings, reviews, acceptance activities, and progress reporting.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and standards; conduct quality reviews and support continuous improvement.

Basic qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing technical, engineering, or product development projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Working knowledge of RF systems and electronic warfare concepts sufficient to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
• Project experience in defense, aerospace, communications, radar, electronic warfare, or related technology sectors is preferred.

Technical knowledge

• Basic to intermediate understanding of electronic warfare principles and RF-based systems.
• Familiarity with spectrum operations, jamming, spoofing, electronic support, and electronic protection concepts.
• Awareness of Counter-UAS technologies, sensors, radar, communications, and RF systems.
