Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Quantity Surveyor** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and contract administration for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate quantity take-offs
- Monitor project costs and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts
- Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies
