Key requirements
- 10+ years of project or program management experience.
- Large-scale transformation and complex implementation experience.
- Financial services or insurance domain experience is required.
- Experience with global, multicultural, and multisite programs.
- Strong C-suite and senior stakeholder management.
- Agile methodology experience is preferred.
- A university degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex projects and programs end to end, meeting timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.
- Develop and manage plans, scope, milestones, resources, costs, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams across business, operations, and IT.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
- Manage scope changes, change control, governance, and resource conflicts.
- Engage senior management and C-suite stakeholders on high-visibility programs.
- Maintain project documentation, approvals, decisions, and tollgate governance.
- Drive stakeholder adoption, business readiness, and successful implementation.
Pay
- Pay is AED 14,000–15,000 per month.
