Lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM solution across core supply-chain modules.
Responsibilities
- Own SCM solution design across Order Management, Inventory, Cost Management, Advanced Pricing, Supply & Demand Planning, and PIM.
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design aligned with the client's operating model.
- Integrate SCM with Procurement, WMS, Finance/Cost Accounting, and Manufacturing where applicable.
- Own configuration workbooks, design decisions, and process-flow validation.
- Define SCM scope, data conversions, and 13 integrations; follow OOTB functionality and formal change control.
- Coordinate with programme teams and escalate scope, integration, or design exceptions.
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in Oracle Cloud/ERP SCM, including at least 3–4 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Deep functional expertise across the listed Fusion SCM modules.
- Understand integration points with Procurement, WMS, Finance, Cost Accounting, Subledger Accounting, and business flows.
- Hands-on Oracle configuration and delivery experience, including BR100, CRP/SIT/UAT, and SCM data conversion using FBDI/OTBI or related tools.
- Experience leading an onsite functional workstream in a large, multi-track ERP programme.
- Familiarity with OOTB-first delivery, change control, cutover, business readiness, and hypercare/stabilization.
Preferred qualifications
- Global Order Promising and Manufacturing exposure is an advantage.
- Relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree and Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud certification are preferred.
- Oracle Cloud transformation experience in telecom or large enterprises in the UAE/GCC is preferred.
- Familiarity with SI frameworks, accelerators, tools, and distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing models is preferred.
Pay
- AED 18,000–20,000 per month.
