The role provides technical support and enhancements for Hyperion applications.
Responsibilities
- Handle incident tickets, tasks, and application support for end users.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve open issues.
- Maintain Hyperion technical objects.
- Develop technical enhancements based on functionally approved solutions.
- Document solutions for support teams and consultants to use in ongoing support and development.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of Hyperion technical experience.
- Able to perform Hyperion upgrades and reconfiguration independently.
- Good knowledge of Hyperion functionality.
- Good knowledge of Hyperion integration with Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Experience with Finance, HCM, and SCM functions and processes is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500 to AED 20,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
