Hyperion Functional Consultant role requiring 7+ years of Hyperion Functional experience.
Primary focus is incident tickets, application support for end users, issue resolution, and functional enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Handle incident tickets and tasks, diagnose and resolve issues, and support end users.
- Gather requirements, write functional specifications, and develop functional enhancements.
- Train end users and prepare training materials; coordinate with consultants for other modules to provide timely support.
- Complete setup for the annual budgeting cycle and confirm prerequisites before the cycle begins.
- Perform Hyperion upgrades and run sanity-check scripts independently; troubleshoot performance, test changes, and instruct technical consultants on enhancements.
Requirements and skills
- At least 7 years of Hyperion Functional experience.
- Ability to perform upgrades and run sanity-check scripts independently; understanding of the relevant functional area and connected ERP modules.
- Experience with functional programming, performance troubleshooting and tuning, and testing.
- Ability to give clear instructions to Hyperion technical consultants for changes and enhancements.
Pay
- AED 15,000–29,000 per month.
