Role responsibilities
- Conduct structured discovery through document review, interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
- Assess current-state workflows, pain points, manual effort, decision bottlenecks, information flows, controls, and dependencies.
- Gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops, process mapping, and user journey design.
- Define KPIs, business controls, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Support implementation, UAT, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and defect resolution.
- Work on digital, data, analytics, or AI-enabled transformation, including human-in-the-loop processes, Responsible AI controls, audit evidence, and business governance.
- Support change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption.
- Prepare documentation, executive reporting, and decision support.
Experience and qualifications
- Strong experience in business process re-engineering, process design, target operating models, RAID controls, and working cadence.
- At least two comparable government or regulated-sector transformation assignments for each key lead.
- Implementation support experience is required; strategy-only advisory is insufficient.
- Senior team member with UAE/GCC public-sector experience.
- Arabic language capability is an advantage.
