Project Officer in the Group Security - Business Support team, assisting Project Managers with project development and implementation.
Work includes project plans, process review and redesign, solutions, issue resolution, research, analysis, planning, and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report deliverables against approved project time, cost, and quality metrics.
- Maintain project-methodology compliance records and lead change management when required.
- Develop project plans and lead defined projects with Project Manager guidance.
- Research and analyse business case and project-deliverable options.
- Map processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and recommend service redesign.
Required qualifications
- Degree or honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of general administration experience.
Advantageous qualifications and experience
- Project or project-team experience is an advantage.
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification is desirable but not essential.
- Microsoft application familiarity, particularly Excel, Project, and scheduling applications, is an advantage.
- Independent and collaborative work, prioritisation, troubleshooting, deadline management, budget management, communication, and analytical skills are listed as advantageous.
