Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations, coordination, and follow-up to keep work progressing according to plan.
- Coordinate metalworking tasks and organize workflows for efficient execution.
- Maintain technical documents, project records, activity logs, and communications.
- Track schedules, deadlines, progress, and quality standards.
- Identify routine issues and refer complex technical or scheduling concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare progress summaries, status updates, and basic reports for management.
- Track completed work, outstanding tasks, and pending actions.
Experience and qualifications
- Hands-on experience in metalworking, welding, or a related technical or industrial environment is essential.
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques, commonly used equipment, and standard welding practices.
- Dependability, punctuality, and responsibility toward assigned duties and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate, coordinate with personnel, and follow technical instructions and procedures.
- Attention to detail when handling records, project updates, and operational information.
- Willingness to support routine coordination, progress monitoring, and administrative tasks.
