Oversee project planning, execution, and successful delivery.
Manage project teams and coordinate resources to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution in alignment with client goals, scope, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage resources to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinate project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure collaboration and clear communication.
- Track progress against schedules and budgets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks and proactively address issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate progress and issues to senior management and clients; prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Build client relationships, support satisfaction, and oversee timely delivery of milestones to quality standards.
- Support proposals with resource planning, cost estimation, and scope definition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of project management experience with a proven record managing large or complex projects.
- Strong project management skills covering timelines, budgets, and resources; proficiency with tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; able to manage multiple priorities and project risks.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
- Prior delivery experience on large-scale renewable energy projects in the Middle East is an added advantage.
