Role Overview
Our client is a well-established construction contractor delivering on an Aramco project in the Eastern Province.
You'll lead several construction projects at once, across civil, architectural and MEP scopes.
You'll report to the COO and lead a team of Project Managers, Construction Managers and engineers.
You'll own delivery on time, on budget, and to quality and HSE standards.

Role Overview

You'll lead several construction projects at once, across civil, architectural and MEP scopes.
You'll report to the COO and lead a team of Project Managers, Construction Managers and engineers.
You'll own delivery on time, on budget, and to quality and HSE standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead several projects at once, from start to handover
- Own cost control, budget performance and project margin
- Recover programmes and manage risk across every project
- Support commercial on variations, claims and contract issues
- Manage relationships with the client, consultants and subcontractors
- Ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance across every project
What You'll Bring
- 15-20 years in construction, including 7-10 years in senior project leadership
- Approval by Aramco as Project Manager
- Contractor-side experience running several projects at once
- Civil Engineering degree. PMP highly preferred
Location
- Al Khobar, split between site and office
