A well-established DIFC asset management platform is seeking a Head of Wealth Management to strengthen its function.
The firm has operated in the DIFC since the late 2000s and offers a broad product range in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the firm's five-year growth roadmap with the CEO and partners.
- Develop a strategic banker hiring plan to grow platform AUM.
- Lead an existing team of more than 15 front-line bankers and grow revenue from the current asset base.
- Oversee global expansion across three current jurisdictions and planned new coverage.
Requirements
- Ideally a current Head of Wealth Management or divisional leader in an existing EAM structure; private bank candidates may also be considered.
- Experience managing front-line private bankers and demonstrable success driving asset growth and revenue.
- Transferable assets and an existing team to bring to the structure are desirable.
