Focuses on casual dining operations, leadership of four existing outlets, and upcoming expansion into Tokyo.
Core requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of culinary experience, including substantial Western cuisine and casual dining experience.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Group Chef, or equivalent senior culinary leader.
- Experience managing kitchen operations across multiple restaurant outlets.
- Strong menu engineering, recipe standardisation, food costing, and kitchen profitability expertise.
- Experience launching restaurants or supporting expansion projects.
- Leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial, hands-on approach; able to balance culinary creativity and operational efficiency.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented restaurant business.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with an expanding brand or multi-outlet casual dining group is preferred.
- International restaurant opening experience is preferred.
- Japanese market exposure or experience adapting menus for Japanese customers is preferred.
- Kitchen setup, supplier sourcing, and pre-opening operations experience is preferred.
