Lead delivery of major transportation and civil infrastructure projects across Riyadh, including roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels.
Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management, and support to project and site teams.
Project delivery responsibilities
- Assist the Project Director in running the project.
- Assess design sufficiency and identify outstanding or conflicting design issues.
- Coordinate with discipline managers and site team leaders.
- Plan, manage, and supervise construction works and control project costs.
- Review and approve contractor technical documents submitted to the client.
- Monitor progress, resources, deliverable standards, and stakeholder requirements; initiate corrective action as needed.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and engagement strategies; apply change-control and configuration-management processes.
- Report progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments, and monitor interdependencies with other projects.
- Resolve technical issues and assess, share, and improve project-management processes.
Experience and qualifications
- More than 20 years of total experience and more than 15 years as a Project Manager.
- Complex construction supervision experience, primarily as a consultant; exclusively contractor-side experience is not accepted.
- Experience on at least one roads project is required.
- A master's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, engineering management, or a related field is preferred.
- Membership of a chartered institution and a project-management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or related certification.
Skills and language
- Advanced English is required; basic Arabic is a plus.
- Report writing, communication, teamwork, problem solving, autonomy, flexibility, and technical rigor are sought.
