- As the Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Earth Hotels' development projects from concept through delivery.
- This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day coordination.
- You will drive progress across multiple workstreams, align internal and external stakeholders, proactively solve problems, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Earth's design vision and quality standards.
- As part of a lean and growing team, you will also support coordination activities typically associated with a Project Coordinator, stepping into the detail when required to keep projects moving.
- What on Earth Will You Do?
- Lead the day-to-day management of assigned projects across all phases of delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project programmes, milestones, and critical paths.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans where required.
- Monitor progress against approved timelines and proactively drive recovery actions when necessary.
- Ensure projects transition smoothly between design, procurement, construction, and operational handover phases.
- Support the coordination and review of design deliverables throughout all project stages.
- Facilitate design workshops, meetings, and stakeholder reviews to support decision-making.
- Monitor design development to ensure alignment with approved briefs, budgets, and operational requirements.
- Track design approvals and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Support quality assurance throughout construction and fit-out activities.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditure against approved cost plans.
- Track procurement activities, supplier deliverables, and key commercial commitments.
- Review variations, change requests, and potential cost implications with relevant stakeholders.
- Escalate financial risks and support cost-control initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and status updates for leadership.
- Ensure clear communication and transparency across all project stakeholders.
- Coordinate project meetings and follow up on actions to completion.
- Provide accurate reporting on progress, risks, budget status, and delivery performance.
- Ensure leadership teams are informed early of any issues that may impact project outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, registers, and filing systems.
- Coordinate consultant appointments, submissions, approvals, and document control activities.
- Support logistics, scheduling, and follow-up activities required to keep projects progressing efficiently.
- Take ownership of both project management and coordination responsibilities as required by the business.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable health, safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Promote safe working practices across all project activities.
- Ensure delivery standards align with Earth Hotels' quality expectations and brand aspirations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in project management within hospitality, construction, design, real estate, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience monitoring programmes, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships.
- Comfortable operating in a lean environment and taking a hands-on approach.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Experience within hotel developments or hospitality projects is highly desirable.
