Project Manager

Role summary

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostics, gather data, conduct root-cause analysis, and formulate statistical problems across stores, distribution centers, and eCommerce.
• Build analytical models, operational dashboards, and exception reports to identify performance gaps and quantify opportunities.
• Facilitate process-mapping workshops and document current- and future-state operating models.
• Track project plans, stage gates, action logs, and timelines across workstreams.
• Support SOP drafting, validation, and handover-readiness documentation.
• Monitor implementation progress and benefits realization; flag deviations, risks, and blockers.
• Prepare project updates, performance reports, and milestone dashboards.
• Extract, structure, and interpret data from ERP, WMS, or BI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
• 3–6 years in project management, process improvement, operations, or supply chain; retail or eCommerce experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical diagnostics and actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Structured and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with process-mapping tools and project-tracking platforms.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required.
