Role summary

Role profile

• Develop conceptual and functional architectural layouts for retail, shopping mall, and mixed-use projects.
• Contribute creative design concepts, feasibility studies, and functional drawings.
• Support retail planning, mixed-use developments, and residential master-planning initiatives.
• Apply customer-centric design thinking to improve user journeys and create innovative experiences.
• Produce architectural plans, masterplans, sketches, and presentation materials.
• Create advanced 3D visualizations and renderings using design technologies.
• Participate in design reviews and recommend ways to maintain design excellence.
• Maintain brand standards, design guidelines, and values while supporting innovation, compliance, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail, commercial, residential, mixed-use, or master-planning design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, 3DS Max, or AI tools.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office applications.
• Experience producing high-quality 3D renderings and design presentations.
• Collaborative, confident, flexible, and forward-thinking, with strong teamwork skills.
