Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, opportunity initiation, customer needs clarification, solution preparation, bidding, business negotiations, and contract signing.
• Coordinate RFI, RFQ, RFP, and large-scale bids with sales, technology, R&D, business, supply chain, finance, and legal teams.
• Coordinate technical solutions, quotations, delivery plans, contract deviations, and project risk analyses.
• Clarify customer, owner, and EPC technical, commercial, delivery, grid-connection, performance-guarantee, localization, and after-sales requirements; track open needs to closure.
• Identify technical, cost, price, delivery, certification, grid-connection, guarantee, and contractual-liability risks and promote resolution.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, clarifications, and negotiations; coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
• Hand over contract requirements, technical solutions, customer commitments, schedules, risks, and outstanding issues to the execution team after signing.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a relevant engineering, energy, or project management field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in new energy, power, energy storage, or EPC.
• Experience with pre-sales, bidding, project management, or contract negotiation for large-scale energy storage projects is preferred.
• Understand large-scale energy storage components and specifications, including battery compartments, PCS, BMS, EMS, grid connection, RTE, and availability.
• Able to understand customer technical specifications and identify project risks; strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple large projects; strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English; able to independently lead meetings and prepare reports, minutes, and presentations.
• Willing to be based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia and travel across the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa.
